I needed to modify the foam backing to fit my facial structure. But after some work with an exacto knife I was perfectly happy. Small air vents helped to.

Not great protection - stayed fogged up, poor seal around the eyes though. Not glad to own these. They barely served their purpose, only slightly better than no protection at all.
